Foursquare Disaster Relief (FDR) partners with churches locally and abroad to provide for practical needs, offer training for churches, and bring spiritual support to communities facing catastrophe. The FDR Medical team is seeking experienced medical professionals (providers, nurses, paramedics) who are willing to deploy and respond after disasters (on short notice) to provide compassion and care as well as physical, medical, and spiritual relief.

Application and processing fee: $25 dollars

General Trip Info: a base trip costs around $3000.00 which covers ground costs including lodging, meals and transportation, as well as roundtrip flight. Trips may be more expensive depending more or less on location.  Once registered as a FDR Medical Volunteer you will have the capability to fundraise for your trips through this trip management site.
