Having been part of an international team that provides care and equipment to children with special needs in orphanages throughout the world, I knew I had found my son INSTANTANEOUSLY! From the moment I first saw his picture from the foster facility who was advocating for him, I knew. This precious child has had 3 neurological surgeries in his short 3 years. He is unable to hold his head up, sit-up or stand without significant support. He is worthy of a family!! Being a pediatric physical therapist, I KNOW how much potential he has!!
