It takes a village! Ain't that the truth. In our living room we have a puzzle hanging - on the back of that puzzle are the names of ALL the people who prayed for and supported our first adoption. The puzzle serves as a daily reminder that it takes a village and it's because we believe this that we are sharing our need with you. Right now we need $16,000 in order to bring home baby # 2. We generous donor has graciously offered to match up to $4000 for donations that come in from Feb 20 - March 31, 2016. So any gifts we get during that period will be DOUBLED! Join us in a happy dance. About us: We met at my (Becky's) bosses wedding when Rick's grandfather introduced us to each other and we have been dating ever since. Since we got married we knew adoption would be in our future but we just didn't know when. We welcomed our son home in January 2013 and he has changed our world. He is praying for a sibling and daily tells us how he is going to sing to the new baby. It is the sweetest. Our heart is to welcome a newborn child into our home through the domestic adoption process. We have an approved homestudy and could be matched with an expectant parent at any point...the only hold up is we need to have all the funds ready for that time. So as we wait we are applying for grants and sharing our need. We aren't perfect people but we've been called to love. We cannot wait to see what God will do and how He will provide.
