We couldn't be more excited to share our lives with a bundle of Joy. Our story begins with our love of mission - Kim & I have spent quite some time seeing young hearts being left behind, and we are convinced that God has place it on our hearts to share our love outside of our comfort zone - to love the unloved. Dreams of raising a family together filled much of our early conversations. We currently have a son named Landon, (who is Kim's biological son) and we had hoped to start having children right away and then pursue adoption together as a family when our kids were old enough to understand its significance. As time passed we became well acquainted with the arduous companion of infertility. Our struggle wore on, but our hope remained steadfast. We have wholeheartedly embraced this new adventure and we have been filled with a renewed sense of purpose and passion. Our prayer has always been that our family would be marked by the discovery and display of God's grace through the story of the Gospel, and the practice of extravagant generosity and courageous kindness. Adoption, for us, is the most tangible way to live out this vision. We share such a strong support unit between family & friends that we know, deep down, we could not fathom what God has in store for us. The adoption is beautiful, and no doubt, expensive - and to be quite honest, everything is happening really fast. We are fully trusting God to provide every penny.
