We are Team Budde - Joe, Lindsay, Parker, and Cooper. We believe with all our hearts that the way we can best honor God and advance His kingdom is to raise children who love and follow Him. After being blessed with two amazing boys, we know fully that children are the most incredible blessing. We are ready for another! “Like arrows in the hands of a warrior, so are the children of one’s youth. How blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them.†-Psalm 127:4-5 While we have always had hearts for adoption and suspected that it might one day be a part of our family’s story, we didn’t think it would be any time soon. However, God’s plans are often different than ours and are ALWAYS better. We know confidently that He is calling us into this adventure now. So we are stepping out in obedience, ready to walk this often long and difficult road. There are so many unknowns and challenges; but we are faithfully trusting that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. We are richly blessed by amazing friends, supportive family, and a community of people praying for us and our precious baby. While we don’t yet know this baby or when he/she will arrive, we already love him/her with all our hearts and feel honored that God has called us to be parents again. We anxiously await another teammate. Our prayer is that this entire journey glorify the Lord.
