Since the beginning of our relationship Jonathan and I have desired to grow our family through adoption as well as having biological children. We have been blessed with 2 amazing biological children. Our daughter is 6 and our son is 3 1/2. Now God is leading us to international adoption. Jonathan and I both have a great love for other cultures and people groups. This, however, is not our main motivation for adoption. Primarily, our desire to adopt stems from our faith. As Christians we have come to understand that we have been adopted into God's family through the work of Jesus Christ on the cross for us. Just as he gave us a new identity, we want to give a beautiful child a new identity too. One in which she will know she is wanted, loved, cared for and welcomed into her forever family. We want her to know the love of an earthly father but more so we want her to know the unending love of the Heavenly Father. Thank you for your support as we work to bring our girl home.
