We are so excited to be adopting! During our first year of marriage, we found out we weren't able to get pregnant. Now, after an amazing 10-year journey, we are looking forward to adopting the child God has prepared for us to love. It's extraordinary to think we get to live out the story of how Father God adopted us as his chosen son and daughter. Our desire is to adopt a US born baby. Many of you know adoption comes at a cost. We are intentional stewards of the money God gives us to manage but no... we don't have a spare $40,000 needed to bring our family together. Through praying about financing our adoption, we feel a strong call to invite others to help us financially in bringing our baby home. In our self-sufficient society, we hear God asking us specifically to make ourselves vulnerable in this way... as if sharing our infertility story hasn’t been humbling enough! We plan to raise the first $25,000 through a puzzle fundraiser. Here's how it works: ~We have designed a beautiful 1,000 piece puzzle ~Each piece can be purchased for a $25 donation or more ~You can buy one or many puzzle pieces ~Your name will be written on the piece(s) you purchase After the puzzle is completed, we will frame the puzzle between two pieces of glass and hang it in our child's room. This will be a wonderful keepsake to see all the people who made our family possible!
